Inserting file links

To add a link to a file click the button Insert File Link:

A dialog will open to enter the file link settings:

Click the button Select file to search for the file that will open when activating the link. Activate the checkbox Image, if you want to display a typical icon depending on the file type. Changing the Width and Height you can modify the size of the symbol. Use the checkbox Maintain aspect ratio to avoid deformation. Select the appropriate image from the list of file type symbols.
In the area Options you can input an alternative title text.
Click the checkbox Show image only to display just a symbol without any text.
Using the checkbox Show file size you can decide if the file size will be shown in parantheses.
